HOW DOES
IT WORK?
1.Free Inspection
Our Public Adjuster will go to your property to provide you a full inspection of damaged property. We will check your insurance policy and confirm if your damages are covered.
2. Claim Management
We provide you our service team to file the claim and prepare all documentation need to be sent to your carrier. We ensure you cover all important steps to manage the communication and negotiation between your insurance company and all other parties involved in your claim.
3. Settlement
Our public adjusters always put your need to rebuild your property as a priority, pushing hard and constantly to insurance adjusters and looking to get the best deal and maximum payout in a timely period.

You have 14 days after the date of loss or damage to file a claim with your insurance company.
The price for the services of PCM is established in the signed contract. It cannot exceed 20% of the total amount recovered for the client in cases that are not reported during a declared state of Emergency. If the claim is filed during a State of Emergency, the maximum that is charged for the services can never exceed 10% of the amount recovered for the client.
No. Your homeowner’s insurance policy will remain the same if you hire a Public Adjuster.
This decision is not final. You have the right to appeal or hire a public adjuster on your behalf to manage your claim.
